<li>consistent <a href="https://first-time-mom.com/age-0-1/feeding-sleeping-schedule-0-1-years-old/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">nap &amp; feeding schedule</a> at day</li>
</ul>
<p>To make sure he’s feeding well during the day try <a href="https://first-time-mom.com/feeding/breastfeeding/getting-enough-milk-when-breastfeeding/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">top it off with a bottle after you breastfeed</a> (my person observation). Also consider a dream feed before you go to bed to help her sleep longer. </p>]]></content:encoded>

The most important thing is to track it over time and not get scared if the percentile is under or below 50%.
