My 2-year-old has become a picky eater. He used to eat everything, but now he refuses most foods and only wants pasta and bread. I’m worried he’s not getting enough nutrients. We’ve tried offering a variety of foods and making mealtime fun, but he just won’t budge. How can I ensure he’s getting enough nutrients and encourage him to try new foods?

Offer a variety of healthy foods and let him choose. Keep mealtime positive and stress-free, and avoid pressuring him to eat. Sometimes, hiding vegetables in favorite dishes works well. Also, involve him in food preparation to make him more interested in trying new foods.
