My 4-month-old won't sleep through the night. I’ve tried different sleep routines, but nothing seems to work. She wakes up every 2-3 hours, and I'm exhausted. We've tried swaddling, using a white noise machine, and a consistent bedtime routine, but nothing seems to help. She’s breastfed, and I worry she’s not getting enough to eat, which is why she’s waking up so often. Any advice on how to help her sleep longer stretches at night?

I keep saying this but the key is:
- consistent bedtime routine at night
- consistent nap & feeding schedule at day
To make sure he’s feeding well during the day try top it off with a bottle after you breastfeed (my person observation). Also consider a dream feed before you go to bed to help her sleep longer.
