One month old and has a lot of gas and seems very uncomfortable after feedings. He burps and spits up frequently, and we’ve tried different feeding positions and burping techniques, but it doesn’t seem to help. We’re using a formula recommended by our pediatrician, but I’m wondering if there’s anything else we can do to help him feel better.

Try burping him more frequently during and after feedings, and consider using gas relief drops. Gentle tummy massages and bicycle leg exercises can also help. If the problem persists, consult your pediatrician about possibly switching formulas.
For the massage try doing the letters LOVE on her stomach. This will help her release the gas.
